You can view all the products in Top Dot’s sustainability program by using the "Considered" filter in the catalog, while browsing. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact us.

Our Top Dot team thoroughly reviews all information provided by the seller, analyzes and verifies that the information provided is consistent and specific, ensuring that our customers can purchase products based on their sustainability values.

If a brand or product is not listed in the sustainability program, it doesn’t mean the brand is not sustainable or unethical. It means that the product from such brand has not met Top Dot’s strict sustainability criteria, or certain sustainability information has not been provided by the brand itself.

Top Dot is committed to the environment and sustainability. For this reason, our shipping envelopes and boxes are recyclable, meaning that all orders sent from the Top Dot’s warehouse use 100% biodegradable envelopes and recyclable boxes.

You can donate any pre-loved product and deliver it at Top Dot’s warehouse. Items must be in good condition, Top Dot will inspect the items upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and suitable for donation. Large items are not eligible to participate in the donation program, we appreciate your understanding and support. 

Just let Top Dot’s team know which organization from the list provided you want to donate to, and we'll take care of the rest. Top Dot will distribute your donation to the organization of your choosing. You must be a Top Dot active customer in order to participate in the donation program. To be an active customer you must have made at least one purchase in the current year.

• Select the clothing or product you want to donate.
• You may use Top Dot’s packaging or any other to pack your donation.
• Include the name of the organization to which you want to donate, so Top Dot is aware when the package is received at the warehouse.
• We’ll take care of the rest. 
• Fill out our donation form to get started.
