MY ORDERS & PAYMENTS METHODS

You will receive a confirmation email when Top Dot receives your order. If you didn't get the email, please check your Spam folder, as it sometimes ends up there by accident. To view your order, log in to your Top Dot account and click on My Orders, then click on the order you want to view. Your order information will reflect the order confirmation, status, and location. 

If you checked your Spam folder and didn't receive the confirmation email, please contact our Customer Service team to request a support ticket and help you find a solution.

• Log in to your Top Dot account.
• Click on "My Orders (track my orders and arrange a return)."
• Then click on order details.

Absolutely! Log in to your account page and click on "My Orders." In My Orders you will find your purchase history and previous invoices.

Certainly! If you placed an order, you will receive your invoice by email. We don’t insert physical copies of invoices inside our packages.

Of course! We can definitely remove price tags if you need us to do so.

The confirmation email you received when you purchased your gift card includes your receipt. You were not charged any taxes for your gift purchase, so you do not have a tax invoice for your gift card.

You can pay using a credit/debit card or pay in installments with your credit card (additional charges may apply).

We also support alternative payment methods such as;

• Electronic bank transfers or monetary deposits.
• VisaLink.
• Gift cards. 
• Reward points.
• Cash.

On the checkout page, enter the coupon/gift card code in the "Add coupon or gift card" box. You will find this option next to the payment button. Click "Apply" after entering the code and your order will reflect the new price before completing the payment.
