Yes, we charge a 40% commission for pre-loved items and a 30% commission for re-sell. Top Dot will be in charge of storing your item, taking high-quality photographs, creating the product listing and managing shipping when it is sold, as well as the entire after-sales experience. You must provide an invoice to receive payment, otherwise Top Dot will create a special invoice in your name (an additional charge of 17% will be applied to the special invoice).

For re-sell and pre-loved products in good condition, a common approach is to set the price between 40% to 70% of the original retail price. The specific percentage within this range can vary based on factors such as brand popularity, demand, and overall condition. 

Remember that you can suggest a resale price for the product. However, the final price will be determined by Top Dot after evaluating the condition of the item and other relevant factors.

Top Dot is responsible for sending pre-loved and re-sell products to the customer, our team will inform you when the product is sold.

All pre-loved products must be delivered to Top Dot's warehouse. Top Dot will review, store, and ship your products when they are sold. If your product has not been sold in a period of 6 months, Top Dot will contact you so you can confirm whether you will pick up the product at Top Dot’s warehouse or join our donation campaign.

You will receive your payment via bank transfer or as credit on Top Dot within 15 days after the product has been sold.

The Top Dot team carefully reviews the quality, condition and authenticity of all pre-loved items before placing them on the platform. Once the product is approved and the price is set, you will receive a confirmation email so you can send your product to Top Dot’s warehouse. Top Dot will take the product pictures and upload the product to the website in 8 business days. Top Dot will ship your product after it has been purchased.

You will have digital access to your personal circular closet. This means you can re-sell any item you have purchased from Top Dot in order to be able to give it a second home.

Click on your profile icon and then click on My Circular Closet.

• Log in to your account and go to your shopping cart.
• Check out as you normally would.
• Select any item from your shopping cart as part of our circular closet.
• Top Dot will automatically mark the selected items for re-sell whenever you decide to sell them again.

You can re-sell any items from different Top Dot's categories, such as decor, accessories, bags, clothing, toys, etc. Certain product restrictions may apply.

For hygiene and health reasons, the following merchandise CANNOT be re-sold;

• Women's, men's, children's, and baby underwear.
• Women's, men's, children's, and baby swimwear.
• Makeup or similar products.
• Creams or beauty products, body care products.
• Supplements, vitamins, personal care products, hair accessories, and certain jewelry, among others. 
• The re-sell of any product is always subject to Top Dot's approval.

With re-sell, you create a network of people who share and value sustainable fashion. By buying second-hand items, you actively participate a the circular economy, thereby reducing environmental impact. On the other hand, by buying and selling second-hand products, you can obtain high quality items at more affordable prices. Plus, you get an additional income for items you no longer use and wish to give them a second home.
